On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for HSEQ Advisor

Job Description:

• Develop and revise operational vessel and company procedures and guidelines for general and project specific offshore operations. 
• Identify and implement relevant client and national/local requirements into existing procedures/guidelines and/or develop new. 
• Take part in/represent the company in HAZIDS, HAZOPS, workshops, etc.  and follow up actions as required. 
• Act as project coordinator in ref. to monitoring, tracking and follow up on document deliveries to clients. 
• Support on development of company HSEQ documentation in general. 
• Support Company HSEQ organization as and when required on any HSEQ matter. 

• Knowledge of International Maritime and offshore regulatory frameworks. 
• Knowledge of offshore clients’ expectations. (Oil Majors / recognized offshore contractors) 
• Relevant technical and/or HSEQ background from working with offshore vessels/offshore industry.  
• Relevant experience and track record of development of vessel/company procedures for vessel operations in construction/engineering projects offshore. 
• Preferable: 
• Experience with Brazilian regulatory framework for offshore operations. 
• Experience establishing Documentation related to offshore/vessel operation in Brazil. 
• Experience with and knowledge of DP Vessels and DP Operation. 
• Experience with accommodation vessels and/or offshore construction vessels. 
• Knowledge of Portuguese.
