Are you our next POB Coordinator?

Job Description

• Coordinate Client POB (Personnel on Board) on the Flotel.

• Manage the scheduling and deployment of offshore personnel to and from the Flotel, including preparing flight lists.

• Maintain accurate documentation for personnel scheduling and deployment.

• Keep updated and accurate POB records.

• Ensure all offshore personnel transfers are conducted safely and in compliance with safety protocols.

• Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure compliance with employment regulations and safety standards.

• Assist in developing and implementing offshore personnel policies and procedures.

• Support offshore logistics and accommodation requirements as needed.

• Address and resolve POB-related issues or concerns promptly.

• Coordinate with Helicopter and Boat Transfer Administrators to ensure seamless and safe transfers.

• Perform administrative tasks and other duties as assigned by the manager.

 

Qualification Requirements

• Fluency in English (written and verbal).

• Recent and relevant experience in shipyards is an advantage.

• Experience in project execution is a plus.

• Service-minded, proactive, and flexible with a client-oriented approach.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Proficient in IT tools, with advanced skills in MS Excel.

• Valid BOSIET training certification.

• Valid Offshore Health Certificate.
