Job description
Join a dynamic, high-performing team dedicated to operational excellence and the long-term reliability of our charging stations. As Standards & Compliance Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful design, implementation and operation of complex technical installations - prioritizing safety, regulatory compliance and optimal performance to our Nordic charging network. By combining technical expertise with strategic oversight, you will guide projects through all phases - from initial planning to risk assessment to installation, testing and commissioning. All this while implementing cost-effective and innovative solutions. You will play an essential role in delivering high-quality infrastructure that meets both operational standars as well as environmental requirements.

Key responsibilities
- Ensure safe, compliant and high-quality installations.
- Establish process consistency and improve standards.
- Promote innovation and cost-effective solutions.
- Provide expert technical guidance.
- Support seamless operational handovers.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaborations, both internal and external.
Success factors
- Degree in electrical engineering or equal.
- Experience from risk management and risk assessment.
- Proactive and structured way of working.
- Strong analytical abilities.
- Detail-oriented and have good collaboration skills.
- A good communicator, both orally and in writing, in both Norwegian and English.

Place of work: at our HQ in Moss or office in central Oslo. Some traveling will be required, primarily within the Nordic region. This role reports to the Head of Engineering Standards & Compliance.
