Jefferson Wells is seeking a skilled Installation Engineer for our customer. In this role, you will take part in engineering tasks across all project phases—from early business development to project execution—within the subsea field. Your ability to prepare detailed installation methods and collaborate closely with project teams will be critical to success.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Prepare and establish detailed installation methods and procedures for relevant installation scopes.
• Participate in project teams, ensuring efficient planning and preparation for offshore installation campaigns.
• Create equipment lists for procurement and delivery to vessels.
• Provide technical follow-up of subcontractors and support procurement processes.
• Plan and participate in offshore installation operations.
• Prepare technical drawings to support installation scopes.
• Contribute to FEED, study, and tendering activities.
• Maintain a strong focus on HSE and Quality across all engineering tasks.

Background and Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates with a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, and at least 3 years of experience from subsea projects. If you bring more extensive experience, we would be delighted to have you join with your expertise and insights.


You communicate effectively and thrive in team settings, while also being capable of working independently to deliver high-quality results.
