Your Role
As a Mechanical Engineer you will contribute to the development of our products in line with the market trends. You will work closely with product owners and R&D resources to develop and enhance existing products. As part of the accelerator program you will in addition develop expertise across multiple areas of our business and be supported by mentors and positioned for success in a fast-moving, technology-driven industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in delivering products with a high focus on quality
- Design of components and sub-systems to align with requirement specifications from concept to production
- Collaboration with suppliers during product development phase
- Collaboration with internal departments (purchasing, production, test, compliance) throughout concept, development, and production set-up phases
Qualifications & Skills
- Master’s degree in mechanical engineering, product development, materials or similar
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- At least some knowledge of CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar) and an understanding of engineering simulations (FEA/CFD)
- Good teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary environment
- Excellent language skills within English (Norwegian is a plus)
Location: Oslo or at our headquarters in Nedre Vats
