The company has a proven track-record in development of floating and bottom fixed projects, with local presence in Norway, South Korea, Chile, Sweden and Estonia. Our project portfolio is maturing, and we are preparing to take projects through financial investment decision.

We are now looking to strengthen the organisation with a new engineering manager. As an engineering manager you will play an important role in managing the engineering activities within our projects, as well as managing and developing our technical resources serving project development in various countries.

About the position:

As an Engineering Manager you will be a core part of our project management leadership term, and lead the technical team in execution of projects in all stages of development, construction and operation of offshore wind projects.. We are seeking individuals passionate about offshore wind projects, and associated organisational development

Responsibilities and tasks:

The Engineering Manager will be overall responsible for all engineering activities and technical deliveries within the projects. You will be expected to take on responsibility for Feasibilty/feed-studies and ensure that all engineering and technical studies are delivered according to plan and budget.

Key responsibilities will be working closely with project directors in the selection of technical solutions, choice of suppliers and follow-up.

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates with an interest in leading and developing our projects as well as our technical employees. We expect you have a minimum of 10 years of

technical experience from industrial projects as well as relevant leadership experience. You also hold a relevant BSc or MSc degree.

Personal qualities:

We believe that the right candidate has knowledge of the renewable industry, preferably within the offshore wind. You are a team-player with excellent communication skills, and you believe in being curious and building strong relationships with both co-workers as well as suppliers and customers. You have a strategic mindset and work systematically and structured to reach defined targets
