Mowi Nutritoin is looking for a new Director

Mowi Nutrition is part of the Mowi Group, the worlds largest produces of Atlantic Salmon, Mowi Nutrition is a global unit in the value chain using all of the rest raw material from the salmon. Our main products are salmon oil and salmon meal, which are sold in a global market for food, aqua feed, and pet food. We currently have production facilities in Norway and Poland, with a total of four production plants.

We are currently looking for an experienced and visionary Director who will lead strategic initiatives, drive business growth, and promote efficiency across all departments. As Director, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our company, ensuring the implementation of groundbreaking nutritional solutions and maintaining high standards of operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all aspects of the company's operations.
• Key customer and supplier portfolio development and follow up in B2B market.
• Develop and execute strategic plans that meet business goals and objectives created in partnership with the management team.
• Drive innovation in product development and operational processes.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards.
• Foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
• Manage department budgets and optimize resources for maximum efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a leadership role within the nutrition or similar industry
• Strong strategic thinking and planning skills
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
• Demonstrated ability in managing complex projects and leading diverse teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
• Fluent English skill, written and spoken, are required
