Your Role

As part of our team, you will:

• Bridge Hardware and Software: Architect software solutions that seamlessly integrate with custom hardware, empowering AI-driven applications at the edge.
• Champion AI & Cybersecurity: Develop systems with embedded AI capabilities and secure-by-design principles, ensuring robust OT cybersecurity.
• Lead Nordic & Global Innovation: Collaborate with Nordic and international teams to deliver software-based services, shaping global strategies and ensuring consistent technological excellence.
• Create Software Ecosystems: Build modular, scalable platforms that enable rapid deployment across diverse verticals.
• Accelerate Digital Transformation: Transform data into actionable insights by designing software solutions that leverage edge computing and connectivity technologies.

Your Profile

Required:

• Proven expertise in architecting complex software systems for embedded environments, with a focus on scalability and AI integration.
• Proficiency in Linux-based systems (e.g., Yocto Project) and secure software development for embedded platforms.
• Experience in AI frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and understanding of ML model deployment on edge devices.
• Advanced knowledge of OT cybersecurity, including secure boot, encryption, and compliance standards like NIS 2.
• Strong background in systems integration, networking protocols, and automation processes.

Preferred:

• Experience with cloud-edge hybrid architectures and containerized solutions (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of real-time operating systems and virtualization for embedded systems.
• Proficiency in programming languages like C++, Python, and Rust for secure and efficient development.
• Familiarity with AI ethics, responsible AI practices, and cybersecurity frameworks such as ISO 27001.
