We are looking for our next Wireline Field Engineer

Role
As a Wireline Field Engineer, you will play a vital role in the growth and development of Archer as a leading Well Services provider. You will receive training in the use of Archer’s proprietary equipment, as well as industry-standard tools, and apply this knowledge in both new and established markets.

Reporting Line
The Field Engineer reports directly to the Onshore Operations Logging Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute wireline logging and intervention operations in accordance with established procedures.
• Effectively communicate and convey critical information to clients in the field, ensuring clarity and understanding to support their needs and objectives.
• Evaluate and interpret data during and after logging operations, analyze well-site challenges, and apply appropriate technological solutions.
• Maintain a strong working knowledge of Archer’s proprietary equipment and other well services tools required for operations.
• Work as part of the wireline team on varied operations.

• Completion of an undergraduate degree in Engineering, Science or other technical discipline is preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.

• Minimum of 2 years experience of cased-hole logging operations.
• Familiarity with cased-hole logging software and log interpretation is an advantage.
