We now have a great opportunity for the right person to join our team as a Customer Engagement Coordinator. Working as part of our Customer Engagement Group, which is an integrated part of our software development and quality assurance, the successful candidate will help ensure that we always have the customer’s best interests in mind.
Join us in this role and you will bring your insights and experience to the borderline between end users and development teams. You will work directly with our customers with such tasks as day-to-day support, running seminars, webinars, training sessions, as well as contributing to the sales process, and building up the future of customer support and QA as we develop new products.Your insights regarding our customers will be invaluable when it comes to creating new software, given the understanding of users’ needs and expectations you will accumulate in this role.
Who we’re afterFirst and foremost, we’re after someone who has a real desire to learn, combined with a strong service-minded approach.
Ideally you have worked with our insurance system INS+, or have experience from other types of policy administration or accounting systems.
Alternatively, you have worked with quality assurance, support, and training for other types of software applications.
