ESG Accounting Manager

As the ESG Reporting Manager, you will join a close-knit, dynamic team dedicated to driving Flokk’s ambitious sustainability agenda. Responsibilities:

• Contribute to CSRD Compliance: Be part of the team that ensures Flokk’s roadmap toward full compliance with CSRD regulations. You will work across teams to help establish data structures that ensure audit readiness.
• Support internal control: Play a key role in developing robust internal control routines for sustainability reporting, ensuring data accuracy and transparency across the organization.
• Build high-quality data foundation: Use your audit expertise to build a reliable ESG data framework that goes beyond compliance. Your efforts will lay the groundwork for data-driven decision-making, fostering sustainability improvements across our value chain.
• Cross-team collaboration: Work across departments and functions, gathering and analysing data to produce insights that shape our sustainability strategy. Your ability to translate data into actionable insights will empower us to reach our sustainability goals.
• Collect and master big data: Collect data for our Scope 1, 2, 3 reporting. Manage and analyse large datasets, turning complex data into clear, actionable insights that empower our teams across the Flokk matrix .

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3-5 years of audit experience. You bring a strong understanding of audit processes, data integrity, and regulatory compliance.
• Passion for impact: You are excited about leaving your mark on a business, shaping sustainability initiatives, and driving value through accurate, actionable data.
• Project leadership: You thrive on taking responsibility and leading projects from concept to completion, ensuring outcomes that drive change.
• Comfort with big data: You’re comfortable with big data, ensuring data accuracy, and making complex information digestible and insightful.
