We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Sourcing Lead to join our team, focusing on IT software license sourcing. Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic sourcing initiatives for SW licenses, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery of SW licenses, including risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Manage supplier relationships and performance, ensuring high standards of service and delivery.
• Monitor market trends and developments in SW licensing to guide stakeholders within the SW domain.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with software vendors, ensuring compliance with licensing agreements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand software requirements and provide procurement solutions.

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelors degree in Business, Procurement, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in strategic sourcing, specifically within software license sourcing.
• In-depth knowledge of software licensing models and procurement best practices.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
