Founded in Norway in 2022, we’ve already made waves and have a presence in markets like China, Norway, France, and New Zealand. Now, we’re looking for an International Sales Manager to take us to the next level. If you’ve got the drive, the know-how, and the hunger to conquer the global health supplement market, this is your chance to lead the charge.
Your Mission:
You’ll be opening doors, closing deals, and building relationships that matter. Here’s what we need from you:
- Own the strategy: Build and execute international sales plans that deliver real results.
- Create income sources: Spot opportunities, turn them into revenue streams, and keep them growing.
- Close the deal: Seal partnerships, negotiate contracts, and make every conversation count.
- Master international negotiations: Navigate cultural nuances and complex discussions with ease.
- Open new markets: Identify, pitch, and win new distributors, clients and partners around the world.
- Know the game: Stay ahead of market trends, customer needs, and competitors—and use that insight to your advantage.
- Be the face of Fjorda: Represent us at trade shows, client meetings, and anywhere else that matters.
- Make it happen: Hit targets, report on performance, and always be looking for the next big opportunity.
What we are looking for:
- Track record in international sales (bonus points if it’s in health or wellness).
- Killer negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- An understanding of global markets and cultural differences.
- Fluency in English (extra languages = extra credit).
- A business or marketing degree or something equally impressive.
