Nammo is growing and we are seeking a Vice President of FP&A to join our leadership team at Raufoss.

About the Role

As Vice President of FP&A, you will take a leading role in shaping Nammo’s financial planning and analysis function. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the Group’s financial planning, analysis and capital allocation processes. This position is central in providing data-driven insights that support informed decision-making and ensure the organization’s financial health. A key aspect of the role involves identifying and driving improvements across financial planning and analysis processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Success in this position hinges on your ability to establish robust, digitized processes and systems that support these critical functions

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and improve the Group’s strategic financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Drive the capital allocation process, including portfolio prioritizations.
• Conduct financial analysis to deliver actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
• Enhance and digitize FP&A processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Drive continuous improvements within FP&A across the Group.

The ideal candidate 

holds a master’s degree in Finance or Economics, or possess equivalent experience gained in an industrial or production setting. You should bring experience in financial planning and analysis, capital allocation, coupled with a strong track record of leading and developing teams. Proficiency in financial modeling, scenario planning, and data analytics is essential, as is fluency in English, both written and verbal. Familiarity with financial planning tools would be a valuable asset.
