Could you be our new Production Planner? You will be a part of our Production Control Center and report to Senior PCC Planner. This position is located at Oslo Airport, Gardermoen. This position will rotate on shift day/evening and every 3rd weekend.
Your daily task will be to coordinate maintenance and available resources to meet the NAS Part-145 production objectives. You will optimize the use of the maintenance resources (manpower, tooling, hangars etc.) and adjust the production plan based on changes in the maintenance requirements.
You will be responsible for
- Primary point of contact for Norwegian (Part-M) and Maintenance planning departments.
- Forecasting estimated workload:
- Estimate production workload
- Track capacity required and total production workload volume
- Establish the availability of facilities and planning of work packages
- Perform control and adjustment of production plans:
- Reassessment of plan
- Evaluation and handling of deviations
- Secure material, components and resources for completion of required maintenance work
- Coordinate production-planning information:
- Attend different forums, planning and technical meetings
- Improve work processes:
- Develop efficient processes, work procedures and interfaces with other departments
- Perform production related projects
This job will be for you if
- You have experience from the aviation or other comparable industry
- You have experience from maintenance related business
- You have experience with production planning
- You have experience with AMOS or other maintenance management systems it will be an advantage
- You have knowledge about aviation legislation it is an advantage

- You are fluent in one of the Scandinavian Languages as well as English
