Do you want to shape the future of HR?
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Digital Transformation Advisor to join our team. You will primarily support our Change Management initiatives, assisting in the development and execution of digital transformative change strategies to implement new processes, systems, and organizational changes.
This role is perfect if you have passion for both people, data analytics and technology. The role is all about building relationships and understanding how people experience change. Using technology (such as Articulate, CoPilot AI and Visier) to continuously improve our systems and processes, and actively learning about new ways of working will be a big part of your new workday.
Work location is primarily Bergen, but can also be Oslo, Stavanger or Trondheim.
What will you be doing?
- Assist in designing, implementing and driving change management plans, including stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and communication strategies.
- Collaborate with line managers, HR, and other stakeholders to align and integrate change initiatives successfully.
- Develop and distribute clear communications to build employee awareness, understanding, and support for changes.
- Organize workshops, training sessions, and events to prepare employees for upcoming changes and gather feedback.
We think you should have:
- You might have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Psychology, Communications or a related field, but most importantly – you take a keen interest in new technologies and change management strategies
- You have the ability to build positive relationships with people across various departments
- You are a great teacher, explaining complex concepts in a simple and understandable way, using storytelling to engage people and keep their attention
- Interest in management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g. ADKAR, Prosci).
- Analytical mindset with an aptitude for data analysis
- Some experience with project management or change management practices, internships, or coursework related to organizational behavior or business transformation is a plus
