• Accurately process payroll, including reconciliations and reporting, for crew members.
• Handle repetitive payroll tasks with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist with the submission of payments and reports to Norwegian authorities.
• Resolve payroll-related inquiries and issues from employees and customers.
• Contribute to a team-oriented environment, particularly during hectic periods.

Qualifications:

• Previous payroll experience is preferred but not mandatory (e.g., office payroll experience).
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant training in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is desirable.
• Strong interest in numbers and financial processes.
• Detail-oriented, with a focus on precision and repetitive task management.
• Good in both written and spoken English and Norwegian.
