DaWinci powered by Quorum is a Logistics Management application that changes perspectives on logistics in the global energy industry by integrating the end-to-end logistics supply chains for Personnel and Cargo in a tool built to facilitate safe, efficient, and collaborative logistics. As part of the DaWinci-team you will work out of our office located in Bergen, your colleagues will be a global team of experts both with respect to technology and the business we support, and most importantly; you will have the chance to be yourself in a social and passionate environment! 

As a Project Manager in our team, you will be responsible for leading projects with some of the largest and most innovative energy companies in the world, with the goal of making their logistics operations simple with the DaWinci solution.

About the Project Manager position 

• Manage software implementation projects towards customers 
• Manage project deliverables, quality, cost, resources, risk and opportunity through the project lifecycle  
• Manage an internal team of consultants and make sure tasks are completed in time 
• Ensure good communications and alignments both internally and externally  
• Manage several projects and stakeholders at the same time  
• High work capacity and ability to complete projects on time  
• Make sure projects align with company strategy 
• Mange change management towards customers, stakeholder management, and project negotiations. 
• Report on project status and progress 
• Travel to customer sites in other countries in key phases of projects is expected 
• Some work on the weekend during go-live is expected.  
• And other duties as assigned. 

We are looking for someone who has 

• Passion about Project Management and Continuous Improvement 
• Ability and experience with working with other cultures 
• Decision making personality and good to communicate them internally and externally  
• Leadership and team-work abilities  
• Good commercial and contractual understanding  
• Ability to prioritise and consider the bigger picture 
• Interest in software and technology  
• Norwegian skills, both written and verbal 
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal 

Preferred Skills 

• Preferred with certifications such as Prince2 and/or Agile, and proficient and experience with general project management tools such as gantt diagrams, taks & milestone management, time tracking in projects, and reporting to team/customer/management. 
• Experience from Agile / Hybrid project management will be considered an advantage
• Experience from Software Project Management will be considered an advantage
