About the Role
In this group level role, you’ll lead the implementation and adoption of a new cross Nordic HCM system, leverage people analytics to drive better decision-making, and optimize HR processes for improved performance across the group. You’ll ensure that our HR technology aligns with business goals while driving innovation and continuous improvement.

This is a newly established role, and the right candidate will have the opportunity to shape and develop it.

Key responsibilities include:Owner of all HR system solutions, including continuously evaluate system performance, ensuring it meets evolving organizational requirements.

• Leveraging workforce data to guide decisions and provide actionable insights.
• Streamlining and improving HR processes to enhance the employee experience.
• Ensuring data quality and consistency across systems.
• Managing relationships with tech providers and overseeing integrations.
• Inspirie and drive collaboration and innovation.

About You
As part of the HR and Digitalisation team, you’ll join a group that values curiosity, shared laughs, and mutual support. You’ll also take the lead in mentoring and developing the HR Tech across our Nordic countries, fostering teamwork, innovation, and practical problem-solving. You love to facilitate a smooth employee experience, enhancing system adoption and finding effective solutions that support both our people and the business.

Key Qualifications:

• Strategic and analytical skills with expertise within the HR technology landscape.
• Proven experience with HCM systems, people analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent track record in driving change within HR digitalisation and project management in Nordic/global (large to middle sized) companies
• Strong ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Degree in HR, IT, Business or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Fluent in English and one of the Nordic languages
