A large (20m^2) room is available in a calm collective right by NTNU's Gløshaugen
campus and St. Olav hospital. The apartment consists of 5 bedrooms, shared kitchen, bathroom, laundry room,and toilet.
There is also a bathroom in the bedroom adjoining the kitchen, so you will be
sharing the main bathroom and toilet with only 3 people. The kitchen contains a
dishwasher (new in 2023), a large refrigerator and all the cutlery and utensils you will
ever need. There are two separate small freezers in the bathroom-cum-laundry room
along with a washer and dryer.
There are currently 3 guys and 1 girl that live in the apartment are all young and studying/working.
The room that is rented out comes with a closet built into the wall, a 120 bed and tons of
storage space with shelves next to the window. The couch and black table can also be
kept for a small price.
There is a shared internet (500Mbps) and electricity subscription that is separate from
the rent and is taken out by one of the members of the collective. Internet is cca 200
NOK/month and Electricity ca 200-300 NOK/month.
