We're hiring a (senior) Project Coordinator!

As a (Senior) Project Coordinator, you will play an important role within our project team, focusing on project documentation, making and updating project plans, monthly/quarterly/close-out reports, presentation, subcontractor follow-up, and logistics follow-up. Based in our Arendal office, you'll be at the core of our project team. Duties and responsibilities:

• Be part of the Project Team, supporting project administration services for projects and modifications of offshore units and vessels.
• Be involved in project management documentation, variation orders, schedules, regular reporting and presentations in projects, and various HSE and QA tasks in projects.
• Be involved in the development and maintenance of project management routines.
• Be involved in the execution of projects, pending background

Qualifications:

• Background with BSc in project management and/or experience from marine projects or similar background.
• Bring experience from authority/class, marine industry or yard/supplier industry.
• Demonstrate experience in the project management routines and software.
• Priority to candidates that also can demonstrate competence in a marine or engineering trade or experience from a sailing position onboard ship / offshore unit.
• Good with communication in both Scandinavian and English, both written and verbal.
