Senior Project Engineer

We are looking for senior engineers with a background in project engineering & management to support the delivery of our projects. The position is part of Projects Business Unit, Project Execution department. Our portfolio of projects offers a variety of development opportunities, from large greenfield projects to smaller modification projects.

The main purpose of the Project Engineer role will be to support the Project Manager with integration of the project in addition to providing general project management support. Development opportunities will also be related to engineering management, technical integration and/or facility project management.

Typical work tasks can be:

• Preparation of gate documentation, including Project Execution Plan & Decision Support Packages.
• Activities supporting stakeholder management, including TC/MC meetings & Readiness reviews.
• Drive selected activities on assurance and verification program.
• Interface Management across project delivery lines.
• Coordinate input and support solving of Queries, Deviations and Non-Conformance Requests.
• Management of Change.
• Contribute to Risk Management for Project.
• Learning and improvement across the project and towards other projects.
• Promote continuous improvement through the project, follow up implementation of digital tools and new technologies as require.

Skills and qualifications:

• M.Sc./ B.Sc. in engineering (work experience may compensate for formal education).
• Minimum 10 years' experience within Project Execution and/or Project Management.
• Experience from one or more project delivery lines (Facility, Drilling, Reservoir, HSSEQ, Operations).
• Fluent in English and Norwegian.
