Key responsibilities

• Product Development: Optimize, verify, and validate immunoassays for clinical chemistry analyzers.
• Laboratory Operations: Maintain and troubleshoot internal instruments, ensuring seamless project execution.
• Clinical Investigations: Support both internal and external clinical trial activities.
• Quality Systems: Participate in activities that uphold and enhance Gentian’s Quality Management System (QMS).

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Educational Background: Master’s degree in Science, Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: 3–5 years of laboratory experience, preferably in the IVD or medical device industry. Hands-on knowledge of immunoassays or clinical chemistry analyzers is a strong advantage.
• Technical Proficiency: Skilled in data analysis and statistical tools (e.g., Excel, Analyze-It, or similar software).
• Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable with strong teamwork skills.
