Job Description:
- Ensure compliance with NORSOK S-002, C-001 and C-002 and project specific working environment requirements
- Ensure and verify compliance with regulatory and company requirements related to ergonomic/HF&HMI working environment
- Establish required discipline related input to project plans and documentation
- Ensure planning and implementation of relevant discipline activities and processes
- Ensure for verification and validation of results of design against discipline requirements. If relevant manage deviations with relevant actions
- Ensure all project activities are properly documented in accordance with set expectations in NORSOK standards, project guidelines and internal requirements
- Ensure for establishment and quality assurance of relevant discipline evaluations
Main tasks: - Follow up discipline plan/documentation and initiate and follow up project relevant activities
- Give discipline support to relevant engineers to ensure relevant discipline requirements and solutions in design
- Identify, monitor and ensure adequate relevant interface information relevant for WE
- Identify, monitor and ensure updated/adequate system and functional requirements within discipline
- Contribute in audits, inspections and user meetings
- Support project risk reduction with adequate documentation of all ALARP and other legislative processes and requirements including adequate evaluations and conclusions related to WE issues
- Follow up contractor focus, resources, competency and priorities with regards to discipline
- Maintain regular communication with contractors to ensure proper planning, execution and documentation
- Give discipline support in development of relevant project documentation
- Report deviations, lack of understanding and implementation through line and via HSEQ
- Prepare and maintain necessary mapping programmes and produce reports as required
- Provide support to commissioning and as-built activities as necessary. Identify remaining project (SOW) and verification activities that need to be carried out offshore
- Handle deviations and propose corrective measures related to working environment
- Give support to the HSSE project Manager and Company Health and Working Environment Manager and contribute in the project as appropriate
- Perform risk assessment of chemicals as part of ready for operation
- Perform relevant training within working environment and chemical management as part of ready for operation
Qualifications:
- MSC or BSC in relevant discipline
- Fluent English and Norwegian
Language:
- English
- Norwegian
