Subsea inspection is more important than ever, do you want to be in the front line of the offshore IMR industry?
DeepOcean is strengthening the inspection department and is looking for experienced Inspection controllers and Inspection Leaders to lead our offshore inspection teams. The DeepOcean Inspection department consists of dedicated onshore inspection engineers and a highly experienced offshore team of Inspection Leaders, Inspection Controllers 3.4u and ROV Online Inspectors 3.3u. As one of our Inspection Leaders/Controllers you will work with a variety of regular and new clients across our fleet of IMR vessels.
Duties and responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for the execution of subsea inspection operations.
- Lead and coordinate the day to day execution of subsea inspection operations.
- Provision of inspection documentation and operational planning in cooperation with project team and in accordance to project specifications.
- Progress monitoring.
- Inspection reporting.
- Liaise with project team, clients and sub-contractors.
- Seek solutions that are safe and efficient.
Qualifications
- Higher education/Bachelor/Master degree or certificate of apprenticeship within relevant discipline (ROV).
- CSWIP 3.4U.
- Inspection Leader: Minimum 8 years experience as Inspection Leader or 3.4U.
- Inspection Controller 3.4U: Minimum 4 years experience as 3,4U or 3.3U.
- Good understanding of ROV and subsea operations.
- Good knowledge to subsea infrastructure and belonging assets.
- Fluent english, verbal and written.
- Experienced user: Coabis, Integrity Elements, Nexus and VisualSoft.
