The Position: HR Partner
As Bulk expands, we are on the lookout for a HR Partner to join us in shaping the next phase of the industry in the Nordics.
The position will be located in Oslo and support employees on all Bulk locations across Norway. The HR Partner will be a part of the People & Governance team and work closely with other HR Professionals covering multiple People areas.
The HR Partner will join Bulk´s exciting journey as an advisor to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with organizational goals. Bulk focuses on building strong relationships with employees and management, streamlining HR activities, and driving initiatives that improve employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
Some of your main areas of responsibility will include:
- Strategic HR Partnership:
- Collaborate with leader teams to understand business goals and align HR strategies to support these objectives.
- Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management to enhance performance.
- Advise and support on recruitment.
- Facilitate AMU.
- Employee Relations:
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees and leaders on HR-related matters.
- Address and resolve employee concerns, conflicts, or grievances fairly and in compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Support leaders in maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Support all matters within sick-leave and follow-up.
- HR Metrics and Analytics:
- Analyze HR data and provide insights to business leaders on key workforce metrics (e.g., turnover, engagement, and productivity).
- Use data to inform decision-making and evaluate the success of HR programs.
- Change Management:
- Support organizational changes, such as restructuring, mergers, or new initiatives.
- HR Policy Implementation:
- Ensure consistency in the application of HR policies and procedures.
- Keep up to date on labor laws, industry best practices, and HR trends to recommend improvements.
Who we are looking for

Your collaborative and team-oriented mindset, coupled with a results-driven approach, enables you to deliver measurable HR solutions effectively. Additionally, your adaptability, empathy, and conflict-resolution skills are essential in supporting both our people and the business successfully.
Key Qualifications:
- Higher education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (master’s degree or HR certification preferred).
- 6+ years of experience as an HR Generalist, HR Partner, or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of employment laws, HR practices, and organizational development.
- Proficiency in HR software and data reporting tools.
- Proficiency in Norwegian & English.
Emphasis on:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build trust and credibility with employees and leadership.
- Analytical skills with experience using HR metrics and systems.
- Problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Able to travel and visit locations outside Oslo.
