About The Job
We are strengthening our Technical Support team and looking for talented individuals at different levels of experience. Whether you are an aspiring Technical Support Specialist or an experienced professional ready to take on a Senior/Lead role, we have opportunities for you.
Dualog provides software solutions for shipping companies operating globally 24/7. Our technical support team plays a critical role in ensuring smooth operations for our customers, offering troubleshooting, guidance, and technical expertise. You will collaborate with developers, captains onboard vessels, and industry partners to drive Customer Success.

What You Will Do
Depending on your experience and role, responsibilities may include:
- Providing 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line technical support for Dualog software and services via phone and email.
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to networking, operating systems, hardware, and email protocols.
- Collaborating with colleagues in Norway and Singapore to ensure seamless global support operations.
- Leading technical projects and mentoring junior team members (for senior roles).
- Engaging with customers and internal teams to enhance Customer Success and service quality.
What We Are Looking For
Key Requirements
- Fluency in Norwegian or English
- Passion for technology and problem-solving.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Technical understanding of networking, operating systems, hardware, and email protocols.
Preferred Qualifications
- Senior candidates: Proven experience in technical support, leadership, or mentoring.
- Technical certifications: CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or relevant IT degrees.
- Experience in maritime satellite communication and the shipping industry is a plus.
Location
- Tromsø or Oslo (preferred)
