We are looking for 2025 graduates with relevant Bachelor or Master`s degrees within disciplines such as:

• System Engineering
• Mechanical Engineering
• Electrical Engineering 
• Automation and Controls Systems

Based in Oslo (Lysaker) you would join our graduate program, which is a unique platform for you to learn and share knowledge, get to know different parts of our organization, and to build a strong network with other graduates and colleagues around the world. What will you be doing? 

• Translate clients' operational needs and required functionality into a configured system
• Document technical requirements and verifies the implementation
• Integrate all technical disciplines and ensures compatibility of interfaces in a coordinated effort that meets cost, schedule and performance
• Measure and control technical risk

In this role you’ll:

• Gain valuable and diverse experience in record time
• Participate in project teams delivering world class projects
• Work alongside some of the most knowledgeable engineers in the subsea industry
• Contribute to a wide range of subsea oil & gas, power and renewable projects, from smaller front-end studies to major projects

To join us, you’ll need: 

• A relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written 
• To be curious, eager to learn and enjoy challenges
• The ability to plan, manage, and execute tasks effectively 
• Flexibility and enthusiasm for working in an international, multicultural environment
