Corporate Social Sustainability Controller
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategically oriented Corporate Social Sustainability Controller to lead the implementation of CSRD within the S-area (HR area) across the entire TINE Group, including national and international subsidiaries.
This position offers a unique opportunity to develop and shape a sustainable framework for social sustainability, in line with the requirements of CSRD and other relevant regulations such as ARP, CSDDD, and the Transparency Act. Beyond establishing reporting structures and routines, a significant part of the role will involve continuous improvement within the S-area in close interaction with various corporate areas. You will have the chance to work in a large corporation with some of Norway's most well-known and beloved brands, and with significant international operations.

Responsibilities
- Establish and implement a framework for social sustainability in accordance with CSRD requirements, focusing on the area of social sustainability.
- Coordinate and lead the reporting of CSRD within the S-area across the group, including the development of templates, collection, quality assurance, and analysis of ESG data.
- Lead the work on TINE Group's sustainability report on social issues, both internally and externally.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of social sustainability initiatives in the group based on best practices and through continuous improvement.
- Project management responsibility - plan and execute projects and activities related to social sustainability and CSRD implementation, including coordination of meetings, working groups, and timelines.
- Develop and improve controls and systems that support our sustainability goals and ensure compliance with regulations.
Guide and support TINE Group's HR functions and other corporate areas with implementation and competence development within social sustainability.
Qualifications
- Relevant higher education.
- At least 5 years of experience in auditing, consulting, controlling, or similar roles.
- Solid knowledge of CSRD, the Transparency Act, ARP, and other relevant sustainability regulations. Experience with implementation and ESG reporting is a requirement.
- Professional competence and practical experience in social sustainability.
- Good business understanding, preferably with experience in business control.
- Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage and motivate various stakeholders.
- Fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken. We encourage candidates with English as a primary language to apply, however you need to have business level Norwegian language skills.
- Ability to work both strategically and operationally, with an eye for detail and quality.
