Job Description:

• Perform HSE leadership through leading and advising on HSE at Kongsberg site in day to day operations- Operational areas and Office environment
• Contribute to continuous improvements of TechnipFMC HSE Management System and operating procedures.
• Drive the implementation of the Global TechnipFMC HSE standards and initiatives in the workplace(s)
• Conduct regular inspections in Operational and Office areas together with Management and Safety Delegates.
• Record and follow up HSE Incidents (Accidents and Near Miss) and Hazard Observations
• Lead and support investigations.
• Advise Engineering on Design for Safety
• Prepare and deliver various HSE training to employees, subcontractors and visitors.
• Lead Site Green Team and represent Kongsberg Site into Norway Green Team (ESG)
• Responsible for local entity Environmental data reporting and ENVID register.
• Support in HSE external audits and inspections performed by Clients and 3rd parties, such as local authorities, and certification body.

You are meant for this job if you have:

• Higher level education, preferably within HSE and / or Technical
• Knowledge of Norwegian Work Environment Act / ISO 45001 and 14001
• Experience from working with other industry with high requirements to HSE
• Experienced with Risk Management/Assessment
• Knowledge of RCA methodologies
• Good verbal and written English and verbal Norwegian.
• Good communications skills and are comfortable with presenting in front of large and small groups
• Demonstrates personal accountability by taking responsibility for both successes and mistakes
• Displays a high degree of self-awareness and willingness to change as a result of feedback
