Job Description:
- Perform HSE leadership through leading and advising on HSE at Kongsberg site in day to day operations- Operational areas and Office environment
- Contribute to continuous improvements of TechnipFMC HSE Management System and operating procedures.
- Drive the implementation of the Global TechnipFMC HSE standards and initiatives in the workplace(s)
- Conduct regular inspections in Operational and Office areas together with Management and Safety Delegates.
- Record and follow up HSE Incidents (Accidents and Near Miss) and Hazard Observations
- Lead and support investigations.
- Advise Engineering on Design for Safety
- Prepare and deliver various HSE training to employees, subcontractors and visitors.
- Lead Site Green Team and represent Kongsberg Site into Norway Green Team (ESG)
- Responsible for local entity Environmental data reporting and ENVID register.
- Support in HSE external audits and inspections performed by Clients and 3rd parties, such as local authorities, and certification body.
You are meant for this job if you have:
- Higher level education, preferably within HSE and / or Technical
- Knowledge of Norwegian Work Environment Act / ISO 45001 and 14001
- Experience from working with other industry with high requirements to HSE
- Experienced with Risk Management/Assessment
- Knowledge of RCA methodologies
- Good verbal and written English and verbal Norwegian.
- Good communications skills and are comfortable with presenting in front of large and small groups
- Demonstrates personal accountability by taking responsibility for both successes and mistakes
- Displays a high degree of self-awareness and willingness to change as a result of feedback
