Beautiful old violin with a lot of patina

I bought this violin with a lot of hope and dreams of learning how to play it. But I could not learn it. I hope that it will go to someone else who cares for it and learns to play it well.

I bought this from Hornaas musikk around 3 years ago. I have played it on and off but never could learn it properly. This is a very good violin, other violinists have told me and so it deserves someone who can actually use it.

I bought the violin for 8000 kr and along with all the accessories, it was around 9500 kr total. I have stored it well and it should be in a good condition.

However, I do not know how to play it. So either you should know how to test a violin or bring along someone who can tune it and test it for you.

This is a beautiful piece of instrument. I just love looking at it. I am selling this beloved instrument because I am moving away soon.
