Simplifai is a Nordic provider of Agentic AI for leading Insurers in Europe, committed to transforming claims handling through our cutting-edge technology. We are currently looking for an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team in Oslo. 

Our ideal candidate has a passion for campaign and event management, content creation, and previous experience in the insurance industry. As part of our Marketing team, you will play a crucial role in creating and executing strategies to enhance our brand presence, drive customer engagement, and collaborate closely with our sales and product teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals. 

This is a permanent full-time position and we are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible.

Key responsibilities:

• Event management: Plan and organize networking events and webinars from the initial idea to the final execution. 
• Account Based Marketing: Support Sales and Customer Success teams in driving targeted initiatives in our geographies and markets 
• Performance Marketing: Plan, manage, and optimize campaigns on LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads. 
• Content Creation: Create content for blogs, email newsletters, and social media platforms such as LinkedIn. 
• SEO: Implement SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and search engine rankings. 

Requirements:

• Affinity and preferably experience within Marketing in the insurance industry. 
• Experience: 3-5 years in digital performance marketing, with a focus on B2B. 
• Strong expertise in LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and SEO. 
• Fluency in English, Dutch and/or Norwegian proficiency is a plus. 
• Understanding of HubSpot CRM, workflows, and automation. 
• Content writing experience with a knack for storytelling. 
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud tools and video editing skills are an added advantage.
