As Asset Maintenance Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring we are always doing our best to provide excellent experiences for our customers. You will develop, assess and implement maintenance strategies at a Nordic level and work closely with both internal and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities
- Participate in the development and implementation of Asset Management strategies for charging equipment, including preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Follow up with service partners for periodic verification and annual maintenance of charging equipment.
- Manage warranty and insurance processes in collaboration with suppliers and insurance companies to ensure minimal downtime.
- Perform lifecycle assessments and analyze performance trends to optimize uptime and support continuous improvement.
- Use data to perform cost/benefit analyses with a focus on economic efficiency.
- Maintain, update, and continue the development of the asset register and IT systems, with a focus on accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with suppliers to monitor performance and ensure reliable operation of assets.
Qualifications
- Education in engineering or a relevant technical field, with a solid understanding of electrical systems, infrastructure management, and operational efficiency.
- Experience in managing preventive and predictive maintenance programs as well as root cause analysis.
- Experience with warranty and insurance processes, as well as collaboration with suppliers and third-party vendors.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to maintenance activities, and experience with IT tools for asset management.
- Experience with financial analysis, modeling, statistics, and optimization.

- Experience in monitoring and managing distributed equipment.
- Proactive problem solver.
- Experience with warranty follow-up, process work, and effective supplier management.
- Knowledge of using various IT systems in your daily work.
- Strong analytical skills, with verbal and numerical understanding that enables you to interpret performance data, present, and implement necessary actions.
- Detail-oriented and have good collaboration skills.
- A good communicator, both orally and in writing, in both Norwegian and English, with the ability to work effectively in interdisciplinary teams and collaborate across the organization.

Place of work: at our HQ in Moss or office in central Oslo. Some traveling will be required, primarily within the Nordic region. This role reports to the Head of Asset Management.
