Penthouse by Frognerparken with spectacular rooftop balcony

This apartment is on the top floor, centrally located at Majorstuen with Frognerparken just outside the doorstep and access to the metro and bus taking you anywhere you need to be in the city! My favorite part about this apartment is definitely the rooftop balcony with 180 view of Frognerparken and no neighboring balconies. You'll have 20 m2 of your own sanctuary out there!

The apartment is on the 13th floor with elevator. It comes fully furnished with an open kitchen-living room floor plan. There is a Samsung Sharif TV by the lounge area, so kick back and enjoy your favorite Netflix series. Kitchen has all the equipment you need for basic cooking and a kitchen table with seating for four people.

View from the bedroom is stunning! It feels like a little piece of vacation every day waking up here! The bed is a 180 X 200 Jensen double bed, so you'll sleep well here. There is a little walk-in closet in the bedroom and a drawer.

The bathroom is small, but has quiet a lot of storage space. The shower has great water pressure, and is one of the more interesting experiences here as its in an old school shower cabinet.

There is a washing machine in the apartment, but no dryer, so you need to dry your clothes on the drying rack I have here. The washing machine is placed in its own little room.

In this building you have SATS (gym) and an upscale supermarket in the basement + a pilates studio on the ground floor. Colloseum cinema, several restaurants and coffee shops are just a minute walk away.
