Et rom i hyggelig kollektiv, ledig fra 1. mars!!

One room available in a 4-room collective, starting from 1st of March!

The room is for rent between the 1st of March and the 31st of July, with the possibility the extending afterwards.

It is a super cozy and spacious apartment. We have a large living room/kitchen, a very big balcony and separate shower and toilet. It has 4 bedrooms, all located on the opposite side from the living room, so they stay quiet even when people are over. We have a washing machine and a dishwasher in the apartment. The building also has locked bike parking in the basement.

The price includes water and heating (radiator), but not electricity, or internet.

The room is very big (12 m2) and has a lot of closet space. It comes with a bed, a desk, a chair and some bookcases (the ones in the pictures—we can also take them away if you don't want them).

The apartment is very central, only 9 minutes away from the Majorstuen T-bane. It's a quiet area, with a corner store 2 minutes away and an Extra 5 minutes away.

We are Gianluca (29), Nimesh (28), and myself (Pranav, 25). We're generally quite chill, like to hang out in the apartment after work (cooking, watching a TV show, having dinner with friends, etc.). We might have a party every now and then, but nothing too loud. We all work office jobs in Oslo.

We're looking for someone to join us, in their 20s or early 30s, clean and who respects the common areas. Just let me know if you have any questions, or want to come for a viewing!!
