Your role
As Digital Content Marketer, you’ll be at the forefront of driving our brand's growth across the Nordic region. You’ll develop and execute innovative digital marketing strategies to build brand awareness, foster engagement, and drive sales conversions. Working closely with a cross-functional team, you’ll oversee content creation, campaign management, and performance analysis to ensure optimal results.

Location: Preferably based in Oslo/Norway, potentially with some travelling between the Nordic locations.

Key responsibilities

• Content creation: Develop, maintain, and optimize website content using Sanity CMS. Create new content aligned with inbound marketing principles and audience insights.
• Social media & digital channels: Plan and produce compelling content for organic and paid activities across our website, social media platforms, search engines, and AI-driven channels.
• Campaign management & automation: Execute marketing campaigns and manage automation workflows using HubSpot.
• Team coordination: Coordinate a team of internal SPOCs (Single Points of Contact), providing training, guidance, and support to ensure consistent and high-quality contributions.
• SEO & SEM optimization: Use analytics tools to drive an SEO/SEM strategy. Collaborate with external partners if needed, based on your skills and priorities.

• Proven experience in content creation and digital marketing. We would like to see 3-5 years of experience.
• Familiarity with tools such as Sanity CMS, HubSpot, or equivalent (training available if needed).
• Inbound marketing experience is considered a strong advantage.
• Basic understanding of SEO principles and a willingness to learn more.
• Experience with Google Ads is an advantage.
• Exceptional collaboration skills to work across departments and manage workflows.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Norwegian or Swedish as well as English is a requirement
• Position reports to Director Nordic Business Development.
