Lead / Senior Platform Engineer

Since 2001, Tribia has been a leading supplier of collaboration solutions for projects in the field of construction. We are today the market leader in the Nordics with our BIM collaboration solution - where projects collect, quality-assure and communicate construction information in one solution throughout all project phases. We digitize and improve project execution!

We are 80 employees who develop, deliver and own the products Interaxo Project, Interaxo Field and Interaxo BIM Data, which are part of our BIM collaboration solution. Everyone works enthusiastically and flexibly to realize our vision: "Together we create project happiness"

We are now looking for an ambitious, experienced, and innovative Lead / Senior Platform Engineer who is passionate about efficiency and automation.

You will play a central role in a skilled team of platform engineers, and also have the opportunity to influence the technology strategy moving forward.

Responsibilities and tasks:

• Design, develop, and implement platform solutions.
• Take ownership of our cloud infrastructure, including Kubernetes clusters, storage, networks, etc.
• Maintain and improve the IT delivery environment and efficiency, using GitOps.
• Write infrastructure as code (IaC) that is reusable and aligned with 'best practices'.
• Monitoring and analysis using New Relic and other tools to enable troubleshooting and improvements.
• Implement platform security 'best practice' routines.
• Generally, ensure that the delivery platform and infrastructure maintain a high-quality standard.

Who are you:

• To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone with:
• A higher degree education (3-5 years, equivalent to a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree
• Experience building and deploying applications on top of Kubernetes-platforms such as AKS, GCP or OpenShift.
• Extensive IaC experience with tools such as Bicep and Ansible
• Extensive experience building and testing containerized applications using CI/CD platforms like Jenkins, GitHub Actions or similar.
• Experience designing and building multi-tenant and multi-regional SaaS applications on micro-services architectures.
• Experience with monitoring and observability platforms and tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, New Relic, Datadog or similar
