We’re seeking an experienced .NET Tech Lead to join our R&D team. The team comprises over 30 talented individuals who bring together diverse expertise in Oracle, Svelte, .NET, AWS, Azure, and other skills that form our backbone.

Beyond our technical expertise, we’re a group of unique personalities with a shared passion for innovation (and, intriguingly, potato chips tasting). From backend and frontend development to UX, testing, cloud operations, and project management, our skills are as varied as our snack preferences.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• Experience in .NET software development (5+ years).

• Experience with Azure cloud platform.

• Competence in database design and development (or good knowledge of).

• Solid understanding of modern javascript libraries.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to lead technical discussions.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to developers and other team members.

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performing applications.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Lead architectural discussions and provide guidance to development teams.

• Ensure software architecture aligns with business goals and meets technical standards.
