The apartment is located in a quiet and secluded area but offers quick and easy access to the bus and metro. It is situated in the bottom floor of a house, where a family of four live (no small children).

The rental price is NOK 14,000 per month.
Electricity is charged additionally and measured by a separate meter.

The apartment is brand new and available immediately.
We prefer to rent it out to one person, preferably a calm non-smoker.

A standard rental contract applies, with a three-month deposit and three months' notice period.
