Job Description:

• Company has several ongoing and upcoming projects that will deliver central and business-critical solutions to the organization. To assist with this, we need to strengthen our team of project managers with an experienced and skilled professional, to fill the role as Project Manager for the project . The project is considered complex in multiple aspects, making an experienced project manager with a proven record of accomplishment essential for its success.
  Project scope is to implement a new system for Control of Work and together with the business and assets, ensure training and adoption. 
  
  As a Digital Project Manager, you will:
• Manage digital projects to ensure effective and high-quality execution and delivery.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify and prioritize opportunities for better enterprise outcomes through effective project management.
• Define scope, set goals, and deliverables in alignment with stakeholders’ and Company's goals and priorities.
• Follow up on project deliveries concerning scope, progress, costs, and quality.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships, navigating the landscape with trust and influence.
• Apply structured change management methodologies to meet project objectives.
• Define success metrics and ensure high-quality project outcomes that produce value.
   

• Master of Science or similar. Relevant experience can compensate for education. 
• Minimum 7 years’ experience within Project Management in the E&P business 
• Team-oriented person who can work both at a strategic and operational level. 
• Fluent/good abilities in English or Norwegian, both verbal and written 
• Experience in stakeholder management and – communication
