Digital Project Management is responsible for delivering digital projects/programs through the stages from initiation, execution to implementation. Digital Project Management is a part of the IT & Data Excellence function within the Digital Technology & Execution Business Units.
We are responsible for competency and resources as an excellence function.
As a Digital Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing strategic digital projects/programs and ensuring effective and high-quality execution and delivery. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify and prioritize opportunities to better realize enterprise outcomes through effective project management.
Typical work tasks can be:
- Structured change management methodology and practices to meet project/initiative/improvement/transformation objective.
- Stakeholder management. Build strong stakeholder relationships and can navigate the stakeholder landscape, building trust and influence.
- Define scope, set goals and deliverables in alignment with stakeholders' and Aker BP's goals and priorities; ensures that work will align with stakeholders' desired outcome, on time, within budget and quality.
- Define success metrics and ensure effective, high-quality project outcomes that produce value.
- Lead and motivate cross-discipline digital project team
- Develop and implement a comprehensive communication plan and establish feedback mechanisms to ensure effective project communication.
Skills and qualifications:
- Master of Science or similar. Relevant experience can compensate for education.
- Senior experience with Project Management, preferably within the E&P business.
- Experience in leading digital implementation projects, stakeholder management and - communication.
- Team-oriented person who can work both at a strategic and operational level.
- Fluent/good abilities in English or Norwegian, both verbal and written.
