About the Role
As a Finance Partner, you will take on a wide variety of tasks within financial controlling and accounting. Your role will be divided between ensuring the accuracy and quality of financial data and processes (financial controlling) and providing detailed financial follow-up to support key business decisions (accounting and follow-up).
Additionally, this role will handle the relevant financial tasks for our International department, which encompasses all European offices outside Scandinavia. Given the scaleup phase we are in, the scope of this role may evolve as the company grows, offering opportunities to take on diverse responsibilities and contribute to shaping the financial operations of a rapidly expanding business.
Responsibilities- Local supplier management
- Controlling & payment of accounts payables (under supervision of Finance Manager)
- Credit controlling of accounts receivables (under supervision of Finance Manager)
- Monthly invoice controlling for Advisory
- Monthly expense reporting, controlling & payment of employee expenses
- Local bank relations management
- Management accounts and reporting – (i)Monthly update of local P&L (Actual vs Budget as per detailed budget lines), (ii)cash flow overview (iii)rolling forecast (based on input from local MDs)
- Internal invoicing
- Liaison to local accounting & audit providers

Desired Qualifications
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in financial controlling and accounting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to work across different finance systems and adapt to local laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of the consulting industry and capacity planning is preferred.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages for relevant European markets are a bonus, such as Dutch or Norwegian
