As the battlefield becomes ever more sophisticated and more dependent on high tech units and sensors, the need for accurate alignment increases. The Harmolign boresight system is a unique measurement system that can be adapted to provide quick an accurate alignment of all sensors and weapons of a vehicle or aircraft. At the core, the systems technology is based on electro-optics and photogrammetry.

Job Description:

Boresight and Alignment Solutions is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Compliance Manager to join our team. The Compliance Manager will be responsible for ensuring that our operations and processes adhere to various regulatory and industry standards, including but not limited to:

• US FAR and DFAR clauses
• ISO 9001 and 27001
• GDPR
• Cyber Essentials
• HSE
• Other Client requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain compliance programs to ensure adherence to relevant regulations and standards.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify potential compliance risks and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance requirements are integrated into business processes.
• Provide training and support to staff on compliance-related matters.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in regulations and standards, and update company policies and procedures accordingly.
• Prepare and submit compliance reports to regulatory bodies as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Law, Business Administration, Engineering). Relevant work experience can compensate for the lack of formal education.
• Understanding of US FAR and DFAR clauses, ISO 9001 and 27001, GDPR, Cyber Essentials, and Norwegian HSE laws is preferable but not a requirement.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Flexibility to adapt to various compliance requirements and changing regulations.
