Your Role at Q-Free

As a Data Analyst, you will transform data into actionable insights that drive smarter decisions. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll improve data quality, streamline reporting, and create tools to enhance efficiency and transparency.

Key responsibilities include analyzing large datasets, designing and maintaining Power BI dashboards, and preparing financial models. You’ll also support budgeting, forecasting, and conduct variance analyses. Working closely with IT, you’ll ensure seamless data integration and uphold high standards of quality. Additionally, you’ll empower business users through training and support, enabling effective use of analytics tools.

Qualifications? What We’re Looking For

The most important qualities you bring are a strong interest in data analysis and financial insights, along with 1-4 years of experience in financial analysis, business intelligence, or data-driven roles with proven expertise in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and advanced Excel functions.

Furthermore, we believe you meet most of the following criteria:

• Strong skills in designing and maintaining dashboards that provide actionable insights.
• Familiarity with financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting principles.
• Experience collaborating with IT and data teams to ensure seamless data integration and maintaining high standards of data quality.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, SQL for data integration, or data warehousing is a plus.

A minimum Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Science, or a related field is required. Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential, and Norwegian is a plus for casual interactions.
