As Portfolio Manager, you will lead the portfolio within the Merchant and PAX segment. You will be a project owner and collaborate with key stakeholders, including sales, bid management, product centers, and the delivery organization. Your focus will be on ensuring success and quality in delivery projects while fostering a learning organization through curiosity and proactive engagement.

What we think you should have

• Higher education on BSc or MSc level.
• Experience from project manager role in large and complex projects.
• Experience with sales and sales process.
• Broad knowledge with the maritime industry, experience with the portfolio segment is a plus but not a requirement.
• Take responsibility and ownership.
• Personal characteristics: Self- driven, ability to multitask, diplomatic, solution oriented, representing the KONGSBERG values.
