Job DescriptionDo you have a passion for new ways of working and experience with creating a best practice workplace? This is your chance to drive implementation of a workplace concept to create a great and inclusive place to work and enable employees to deliver their best.
In Statkraft, you’ll be part of a dedicated Workplace and Facilities team and engage with a wide range of stakeholders in the organisation around exciting workplace projects in current and future offices.
As Workplace Manager you will:
- Manage communication and change to implement Statkraft’s activity-based workplace concept
- Secure management buy-in and enable leaders to advocate the change
- Gain change acceptance across the organization and ensure that employees are well prepared to take on new ways of working
- Support the organisation in implementing the behaviours required to succeed with the workplace concept
- Facilitate dialogue with user groups and customer representatives to gain feedback
- Map and understand the utilisation of the workplace concept based on user feedback, surveys and available data
- Maintain and continually improve the workplace concept and the utilisation of it
Qualifications
About you:
We look for a workplace expert with passion for the topic and the following qualifications:
- Solid experience with implementation of workplace concepts
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, written and oral
- Experience with driving behavioural change in a larger organisation
- Fluency in English and Norwegian, written and oral
- Knowledge of workplace technologies
- A master's or bachelor's degree in a relevant topic will be valued
