As an Enterprise Architect, you will work with our clients to realise their vision and strategy by leveraging leading technology solutions. As an Enterprise Architect, you will guide and set the direction, driving forward the business, model our values and behaviors, and coach and develop junior members of the team. You will focus on:

• Strategic Advisory: Advise CIOs and senior IT leaders on strategic directions within technical architecture, focusing on digital trust, cyber security, sustainability, and agility.
• Architecture Development: Design and implement enterprise architecture frameworks that align with business goals and technology strategies.
• Digital Trust & Cyber Security: Develop and promote strategies to enhance digital trust and ensure robust cyber security measures are in place.
• Sustainability Initiatives: Integrate sustainable practices into technology solutions, ensuring they support environmental and social governance (ESG) goals.
• Agility Enhancement: Foster agile methodologies and practices to improve responsiveness and adaptability in technology and business processes.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with various stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external partners, to ensure alignment and successful implementation of architecture strategies.
• Innovation Leadership: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and continuous improvement within the organization.

YOUR PROFILE

• Proven Expertise: Extensive experience in enterprise architecture, with a strong track record of advising senior leaders on technical strategy.
• Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of digital trust, cyber security, sustainability, and agile methodologies. You are preferably accredited, eg., within TOGAF or similar architectural frameworks.
• Strategic Vision: Ability to translate business goals into effective technology strategies and architectures.
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive change across the organization.
• Collaborative Approach: Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Innovation Mindset: A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
