Job Description:
- Performance of tenders and contract negotiation
- Implementation of new contracts within the organisation
- Facilitate and follow up business/bid risk assessments for new contracts
- Bid manager in tenders
- Ensure contracts are reviewed and qualified according to policy
- Administration of established contracts
- Ensure contract compliance and support the project organisation during execution phase
- Write/review proposals
- Promote, monitor and ensure compliance with international export laws, sanctions and ABC laws
- Manage contract insurance
- Review and administration of confidentiality agreements
- Draft, review, negotiate and administer contracts for the provision of the sale of offshore services and products in the international markets
- Responsible for the legal and commercial terms and conditions in the contracts
- Perform handover of contracts to operational team
- Support and advise project managers on potential warranty claims, delivery issues and disputes
- Implementation, administration and owner of EDR contracting policy
- Administration of all EDR client contracts (including escalations, exercise of options, amendments, formal correspondence etc.)
- Owner of -and responsibility to maintain contracting library at SharePoint
- Promote awareness of legal and commercial policies and procedures to the organization
- Conduct contract related training of operations department and other personnel
- Interface with other business areas and advise on terms and conditions and other contractual issues
- Support managers in applying contracting principles to understand and address risks associated with various scope of work
- Administration of the Global Sales Tender site at SharePoint (incl. set up off new tenders)
- Responsible for risk management in contracts
- Ensure all tender work are performed according to internal processes
- Responsible for administration of the Cargo and Liability insurances
- Implementation and administration of processes and procedures for new agency agreements
- Implement Due Diligence and compliance processes and programs
- Ensure and/or perform Due Diligence on EDR agents
- Administration of pre-qualification of EDR towards clients
- Implement and administration of NDA policy
- Review of NDA’s and ensure EDR signs NDA’S according to EDR policy
- Responsible for EDR Purchasing Terms and Conditions
- Support and consulting the Supply Chain in contractual issues, assist in create and negotiate frame agreements
Qualifications:
- Higher/Master Commercial degree (finance/law/economy)
- Minimum 5 -10 years' relevant experience within contract/purchasing/law alt. commercial role
- Sound knowledge of sales process and negotiations
- Knowledge of national/international laws and rules for export/sanctions
- Technical understanding
