Are you a strategic leader with solid experience in accounting and financial management?

MS Belysning is now seeking a new CFO who will play a key role in developing our financial function and supporting the company's future growth.

As CFO at MS Belysning, you will combine strategic planning with operational management, working closely with both the management team, external partners and the corporate office.

The role

As CFO at MS Belysning, you will have the overall responsibility for the company's financial management including accounting and payroll.

You will be head of department, taking on both operational and strategic tasks. Including, but not limited to, the preparation of budgets, forecasts, payroll, annual accounts, analysis and recommendations that support profitability and growth. You will also be part of the company's management team.

Responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility for the company's finances, including accounting, reporting, payroll and financial analysis.
• Ensure effective routines for credit control, payment handling, and liquidity management.
• Communication with the corporate office, auditors, banks, and other external stakeholders.
• Compliance with financial reporting standards and corporate guidelines.
• Monitoring operations and profitability through economic analysis and assessments and providing recommendations for further investments and operations.

Desired Profile:

We believe that our new CFO has a higher education in economics, accounting, or finance, and solid experience within finance, accounting and management. You have strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of business operations, and excellent proficiency in Excel and ERP systems, preferably SAP. Additionally, you have experience in streamlining financial processes and are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
