Fred. Olsen Renewables is a Norwegian developer, owner, and operator in renewable energy with history back to the mid-1990s. We are currently operating 12 wind farms with a total of 342 turbines in UK, Sweden and Norway. In addition, we have an extensive portfolio of projects in the development phase in these countries and in Italy.

We are thrilled to welcome two dedicated and skilled Buyers to our team, where you will play key roles in ensuring the efficient and cost-effective procurement of goods and services for our onshore wind farms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan procurement needs and budgets in collaboration with operations teams.
- Prepare and manage RFPs, tenders, and supplier selection processes.
- Negotiate contracts, prices, and payment terms.
- Monitor orders, deliveries, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Foster strong supplier relationships and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Oversee inventory management, including safety stocks and reorder points.
- Support supply chain optimization and collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Supply Chain, Economics, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in procurement, supplier negotiations, and inventory management.
- Strong communication skills in English, with Norwegian or Swedish proficiency being a necessity.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to wind farms and suppliers.

We develop, own, and operate onshore wind farms, focusing on our core markets in Scandinavia, the UK and Italy.
